Etivaz PDO BIO Intense is matured for around 10 to 20 months.

Etivaz AOP BIO Intense is an excellent compromise between a highly matured cheese and an intermediate "semi-salted" matured cheese. Small tyrosine crystals well integrated into the paste make it pleasant, full and supple. A bouquet of flavours explodes in the mouth and lingers on the palate. Recommended for lovers of full-bodied cheeses.
