Etivaz AOP Intense is an excellent compromise between a highly matured cheese and an intermediate "semi-salted" cheese. Small tyrosine crystals well integrated into the cheese make it pleasant, full and supple. A bouquet of flavours explodes in the mouth and lingers on the palate. Recommended for lovers of full-bodied cheeses.
