At the Maison de L’Etivaz, depending on the season, you will be able to taste 3 to 4 maturing cheeses of L’Etivaz AOP, delivered directly from the maturing cellars located next door. In addition to a creamy fondue blend, typical of 100% L’Etivaz PDO, you will also find different variations of grated cheese, rebibe, cubes, crispy flutes, etc.. It is also the meeting of many regional specialities, mainly from the Pays-d’Enhaut. Herbal teas, cheeses, saucissons, and pastries: there’s something for everyone! After your visit, if you wish to take a small souvenir with you, you will find various articles in the store, including clothes with the effigy of L’Etivaz AOP.
En plus d’un mélange fondue onctueux et typé 100% L’Etivaz AOP, vous trouverez aussi différentes déclinaisons en râpé, rebibe, cubes, flûtes croustillantes, etc..
C’est également la rencontre de nombreuses spécialités régionales, principalement du Pays-d’Enhaut. Tisanes, fromages, saucissons, spécialités pâtissières, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
