Den M\u00fcrbeteig herstellen: Etwas Salz im Wasser aufl\u00f6sen. Die in W\u00fcrfel geschnittene Butter mit dem Mehl vermischen und das Wasser dazugeben, um eine Teigkugel zu formen. Filtern und im K\u00fchlschrank etwa 1 Stunde ruhen lassen.,2. Die F\u00fcllung herstellen: Den Rebibe und den Etivaz AOP mit der gehackten Knoblauchzehe, der Sahne, den Bergkr\u00e4utern, dem Ei vermischen und je nach Geschmack Wei\u00dfwein hinzuf\u00fcgen...,Achtung, die Masse darf nicht fl\u00fcssig sein...,3. Den Teig ca. 2 mm d\u00fcnn ausrollen und mit einem Ausstecher runde Formen mit einem Durchmesser von 13 cm ausstechen.,4. Legen Sie 1 Kugel F\u00fcllung in die Mitte der M\u00fcrbeteigrondellen und bestreichen Sie das Teigende mit einem Pinsel mit Ei. Den Teig in der Mitte falten, sodass ein Halbmond entsteht, und mit Eigelb bepinseln.,5. R\u00e9aliser la p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e : Dissoudre un peu de sel dans l\u2019eau. M\u00e9langer le beurre coup\u00e9 en cube avec la farine et y ajouter l\u2019eau pour former une boule de p\u00e2te. Filmer puis laisser reposer au<br \/>frigo pendant environ 1 heure.<\/p><p>2. R\u00e9aliser la farce : M\u00e9langer le rebibe et l\u2019Etivaz AOP avec la gousse d\u2019ail hach\u00e9e, la cr\u00e8me, les herbes de montagne, l\u2019\u0153uf et ajouter du vin blanc<br \/>selon son go\u00fbt\u2026<br \/><strong>Attention\u00a0<\/strong>la masse ne doit pas \u00eatre liquide.<\/p><p>3.\u00a0Abaisser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 environ 2mm puis d\u00e9tailler des ronds \u00e0 l\u2019emporte-pi\u00e8ce d\u2019un diam\u00e8tre de 13 cm.<\/p><p>4. Disposer 1 boule de farce au centre des ronds de p\u00e2te bris\u00e9e, \u00e9taler de l\u2019\u0153uf au pinceau sur l\u2019extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te. Plier la p\u00e2te en deux pour former une demi-lune et la badigeonner de jaune d\u2019\u0153uf au pinceau.<\/p><p>5.
